I feel very comfortable when visiting Dr Arora. I find she is very kind & considerate. I feel she is very approachable in whatever you wish to discuss without feeling embarrassed.
I feel there is always consideration support and empathy towards myself, and Dr Arora always listens to all of my concerns no matter how serious or petty. I find her an excellent Doctor and do not hesitate in recommending her to new patients.

Always very welcoming and friendly. Listens carefully to what I to say and then discusses possible causes and treatments with options if available. One always feels involved with the decision process and free to ask questions. Should it be felt necessary Dr Arora will immediately organize further tests or referral processes

Dr Arora is a great communicator, listens to your problems and gives practical advice. I feel at ease with her and trust in her judgement and she is a really nice person.

This is the best practice and doctor I have ever been under . They listen to you and show compassion. They run on time and are such a well organised and ru practice . I can't say enough good things about this doctor .

Dr Arora has been our family GP for around 20-25 years, and I always feel I have received the best advice and/or treatment. Trust is very important to have with your Doctor, and I have 100% faith in Dr Arora. It is also very important for a doctor to LISTEN to you, Dr Arora does this. I've also never had any problem in obtaining an appointment, something I know other people have with other doctors and surgeries.
